About the Psychologist
Esohe Staub
Esohe was named Emerging Leader in Creative Child & Adolescent Psychology in the GHP Mental Health Awards 2026
She is passionate about delivering innovative, evidence-based and engaging psychological care that helps children and adolescents regulate emotions, build resilience and thrive.
Esohe uses developmentally informed, trauma-informed and creative therapeutic approaches tailored to each young person’s strengths, interests and individual needs.
Outside of psychology, Esohe enjoys singing, playing piano, listening to music and getting creative through arts and crafts. Her love of music and creativity has influenced her passion for reimagining how young people experience psychology.
